If you wish to pay for your membership with a credit card or check, you may do so here online.  If you wish to take advantage of our Direct Debit program with a plan for monthly or quarterly payment of your dues, you will want to read first  the Direct Debit information and to download the Direct Debit Authorization form which you will fill out and mail or Fax back to us with a copy of a voided check (410 -772-7915).

Regular
    

Either (a) a Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice, or eligible for licensure, in the State of Maryland; or (b) a Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice at a health care facility in the State of Maryland operated by the federal government or otherwise not subject to State of Maryland licensing requirements.  Your $200.00  annual dues cover membership for one year from the time that you join.  
Senior
    

An individual who qualifies for Active Membership and has reached the age of 62.  Your annual dues are $50.00.
Student
    

Individuals currently enrolled in a course of study which leads to licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland. After filling out the application, proof of student status (faculty signature, a letter from the school, a copy of your schedule, etc.) must be mailed or faxed to the NPAM office before your membership will become active.  The annual dues for student membership are $55.00
Special New Graduate- Limited Offer
    

Nurse practitioners who are within 6 months after graduation from their NP program are eligible to join NPAM  for one year at the reduced rate of $100.  NPs are required to submit documentation of their graduation date (either diploma or official letter from university are accepted) before their membership can become active.  This is a limited opportunity which is offered as part of a trial program and not a new membership category.  The annual dues for the special New Graduate membership are $100.00
The Affiliate
    

Persons interested in fostering the objectives of NPAM who are not eligible to be regular or student members. If the applicant is already licensed as an NP, but is not working and enrolled full time in a doctoral program they are eligible for this category.  After filling out the application, proof of student status in Doctoral Program must be mailed or faxed to the NPAM office before the membership becomes active.  Affiliate membership may not be eligible to attend all dinner meetings.  Annual dues for the Affiliate member are $100.00
